  The most disgusting experience I've ever had.
  
  First of all, the first person we had to deal with behind the counter looked like he was on more drugs then those of the giant rave down the road.
  
  We proceed to be seated where I order a coffee. Once said coffee comes, I poured a cream in it, that instantly became chunky and grey.
  
  I complained about this only to have the server basically arrogant because I've said something.
  
  This leads to dinner. I ordered a pasta. It came like total mush. Cold. And tasted like an abysmal mess.
  
  Once I complained about the state of my meal, the manager proceeded to say "just heat it up"
  
  At which point I said "excuse me, I don't want it just reheated, I'm done thanks "
  
  I was told in response "well all of our noodles are the same so I'm not making a new meal to be just the same as this one"
  
  I couldn't believe it, I told him that all his food is way beyond edible..
  
  At this point after no more then 2 bites from any plate on the table, or even a 1/4 cup of anything been finished. We get up to leave. The additude from the management when I complained about the meal was disgusting.
  
  Only to have the OPP threaded to be called on me and my wife and brother because of "dining and dashing"
  
  AND that "their duty has been performed as the resteraunt"
  
  This branch of boston pizza isn't only the worst, WORST boston pizza I've ever been too, it's the complete worst restaurant I've ever experienced.
  
  This is only the first step of this situation. It was SO BAD I plan on taking this all the way to head office.
  
  Disgrace of humanity, the management at this boston pizza.

  My wife and I had a delicious Valentines meal, waitress (Ashlyn) was fast and efficient and very polite. Meal was ready very quickly. Will definitely be back!

  I had the spaghetti and meatballs on pasta night( Tuesdays) and it was delicious! A great dish made better by the service and atmosphere. Thanks! We be back!!
